just had a quick look on the net and found this >

CITROEN
Model P.C.D. Offset C/Bore
AX, Saxo 3 x 098 9...15 58.0
Saxo (some models) 4 x 108 12...18 65.0

If thats correct then the wheels won't fit im afraid :-(

my wheels at the minute are running spacers behind them, is this just for looks, or for a reason, does anyone else run 15" wheels on 195/45 rubber and do they use spacers?

It may be because of the offset of your wheels,
mk3 offset is 38

wheel spacers

they are raceline rls. they only catch when the suspension goes right up, i found out thought that the front right didnt have a spacer on and the other 3 wheels had them on. i was thinking about taking the front 2 spacers out.

If you can get them with a 4x100pcd then they will fit on. ET35 isnt miles out, people have much further out offsets than that.

well considering that just one step upwards in tyre section size means an extra 5mm each side, 3mm isnt going to be a big whoop unless you're already pushing the envelope.
