2013 Polo S 60 Central locking kit

Hello

I love my car had it a few years, my only issue is no remote central locking. It has central locking by key but not remote.

I would love to get it installed. How easy is it? and what kit is best?

I am new to this form and my Polo. Without wishing to insult you I find it very difficult to believe that your car does not have remote central locking. Possibly you have only been supplied with the mechanical vehicle key. What you could do is buy a blank 3 button remote control key off eBay and have the blade cut to the profile of the mechanical key. Then match the key to the car. Instructions on this are on the internet. If you already have a 3 button remote it is possible that the battery inside has gone flat. They are 2025. Failing that I have an aftermarket kit which I used on an E30 BMW. It would require scotchloking onto the wiring which you should only attempt if you are confident of accessing the various components.

you can buy a car without central locking, and the polo in question sounds like base trim. so i believe it came without.

Dunno why you find it hard to believe. My model is the base model so doesn't have it, only central locking but not remote
