Ambient temperature sensor wiring

Hi everyone

Hoping someone might have some suggestions. Bought an accident damaged Polo 1.0 tsi on a 2022 year, everything is fine and sorted apart from a problem with the ambient temperature sensor.

The car was not specced with front parking sensors and it looks like the previous owner had an aftermarket loom fitted and sensors coded in. The temperature sensor was missing snapped off. I've bought a new sensor but can't work out where to connect it to the loom, cant find any connection points.

If any anyone has any ideas I'd be really grateful..

if you're doing a repair, it might be worthwhile to get the wiring diagrams from vw erwin based on your VIN.
