Hi,
First:
Polo 6R 2014, engine: 1.4L CGGB.
Half of the year I drive in subzero climate, as low as -35C sometimes.
I always do cold starts.
I'm looking for a oil filter with a good Anti Drain Back Valve so that oil is always present even in the cold climate.
I was thinking of a silicone anti drain back valve, since it will not get as stiff as nitrile in cold climate.
Generally good other specs would also be appreciated.
Does anyone have a suggestion?
Oil filter, aftermarket recommendation for cold climate?

I think mann and mahle ( produced in same factory) use silicone rubber.
Those are oem in most cases.
Bosch also should be silicone, but people report that their products went down in quality.
