Hello all !
Hope you are doing well.
Yesterday, as exepected, I replaced with success the main and auxilary radiators of my Polo.
Coolant refill was dead easy with the vacuum tool and and so far so good, no leaks.
However, my car still suffer from an issue. I do not know much about her past.

It's seems the car was a demonstration car during the early stage of her life, but not so sure.
But I know the car had a small accident (no record BTW). The rear left door was removed and repainted (no the same exact color)
The front headlight even they are "Hella" branded are from 2018...(the car car was manufactured in September 2014). So I don't know what happened.
But still, I have issue with my bonnet alignement/wings alignement.
VW did a nice mess also to adjust the headlight assy height (worst system I ever saw)
Paint chips off from the nuts of the bonnet and we can see slight missalignement with the sprayed paint.
I have the documentation from VW for panel/gaps alignement plus the VAS 3371 tool.
But if you do not mind, I would ask you, guys some picture of your car on specific spot:
-Wing/A (exterior) pillar gap
Mine are not the same:
-Front picture of the car (to see bonnet alignement with the grill)
-Side view of the headlight with the gap/adjustement with the wing
Thank you in advance to those who can take the time to restore it to its former beauty.
