Has anyone got and recommendations for the type of paint needed for the brake calipers on the gti?
Mine are a bit faded and pink and need sorting out!

Have you tried T Cut or Autosol if the paint isn't shot, the original finish is pretty durable

good idea I'll give that a go first.
suppose i'll have to wash the car too, havent done it for about 6 weeks

I used Halfords own Red Caliper Paint on my GTi to tidy up the faded pink powder coat.
Really good stuff and cheap too!

if its a powder coat, doesn't that mean t cut won't really do ne thing!

the red calliper coating feels more like a rubber finish to me !

Well I used the remaining paint from Josh's can, even less expensive!
Does the trick however mine came out a bit bubbly! Makes a difference as you don't realise how much the paint has faded...and pink is for girls!

Rubbed a bit of polish on one through the spokes of the wheel and they do come back.
Dont know whats easier painting or polishing?
