not 100% sure but my mate wif a lupo gti asked his dealer and he sed its fine.... no replacement for zorst tho...... (a stainless steel 1 shouldnt rust anyway!)

yeah, well u have bought it for a good price... may as well get it done. im sure theres ppl out there with aftermarket zorsts.... even seen a dual exit powerflow 1 on an Irish polo

I will get it done - booked on Sat. for now. Hopefully it'll turn out okay with the price and work. :o

There doesn't seem to be many around with aftermarekt zorsts on this forum, is there? :roll:

do the dealer know if uve chiped it or not? like is the chip imediatley traceable?

Umm not that I've chipped mine or anything but I believe they do know since the new onboard computers are so "sophisticated" I think they will know if someone has been tampering with the system. :P

surely a chip will mean "bye bye " warrenty......

my mate in his 206 is facing major problems..... it acclerates by itself and revving all the time!!!!!!!!!! waranty would cover it and get the ECU replaced.


but if they find out that its chipped then maybe not!

i personally wuld leave engine modz after the expiry of the warrrenty.....ie 3 yrs. :roll:

but ppl stil mod their car even tho the warrenty is not expired yet. no 1 can stop u......
