Help with exhausts

I'm just curious as to my options really. I have a blowing standard exhaust at the moment, and am considering going for something better with a bit more volume to it.

The thing is my car was registered after August '93, which means by law I have to have a CAT. What sort of a system could I get that would be a little less restrictive, yet still allow me to stay within the law, whilst giving a deeper tone?

You can buy sports Cats from a lot of the exhuast companys now, Aparently its only 1.5Bhp lower than a full stainless system.

Not sure on a price though.
