Chrome instrument rings

Anyone fitted chrome trim rings to the speedo/tacho? If so, any tips or problems in removing instrument cluster? Thanks in anticipation for help!

I posted this for someone else, although the guide is for a Fabia this has the same style dash clocks and fitment.
