Karl, if you mean his license plate- I'd say it's blanked out to avoid giving away his location. The German plates tell you where the guy is from. But I guess you knew that already. The pic doesn't look prototype to me, more like one a proud owner would make.

Sorry not to good at maths but is 150 euros not around £100???
If so then I think that is not bad! You still pay that sort of money for corsa or saxo rear lights!
Cant speak any german but I cant see that the guy has wrote this mod
down on his spec sheet!
I really cant see these being home made if so am going to start mine's now!

I think the reason he blanked out his number plate was because he's embarrassed. Do you really want this mod when in 6 months time everyone will have it, how many Golfs do you see with the Lexus style clusters?

I didn't mean the plate had been blanked out, but it has a 'D' euro plate. I still think this is a lexus conversion as the components used and configuration are identical to mine.

Sorry des but dont mean to be funny but how many polos have you seen with this mod?
As far as Im aware this is the only one! True?

So at the end of the day this guy has got a mod that no one else has got!
Where as everyone has got bbs alloy, vortex kit etc for example!
And at the end of the day everyone is goin to have the same sort of stuff
for there polo because of the limited amout of accesories on the market!

Think of the amount of modded cars on the road who have tinted window!
Because everyone has them does this make it an "uncool" mod?

For the time being no one has them so wots the problem? If they arent
even released yet then I find it hard for "everyone" to have them in "6 months" :!:
