Campaign 13C1 is the oil seal on the 3 cylinder petrols(? can't recall), but what's this?

there was a recall in december for pumpe düsse diesel engines, it is a problem concerning the fuel pump. luckily my polo and dad's transporter are not listed i think it might refer to that
