Colour coded wing mirrors

Has anyone colour coded the wing mirror base or thought about it ?

I thought about it, then did a photoshop and decided it looked abit odd.

Can't say it's ever occurred to me, but then I have a black GTi so its not so noticeable.

Sometimes, I went to Port Solent last sunday afternoon, and am on the M27 most days (sounthampton end mind you).

I work in the VT building just past Port Solent Traffic lights might of seen you round there
