Does anyone know why VW didn't make a GT(i) version of the Mk4? I know it's an ugly beast, but that wouldn't be the reason? :lol:

I was just thinking about it and I've never ever seen one.

they just chucked powerful engines and ARBs in but kept it on the hush hush, why, who knows..

there's a guy in a village near me, imported it from germany, but it's right hand drive?! :? anyway he says it's stock but it apparently beat a mark 5 gti
