Hmmmm, I don't see the point myself, seen as you have to open it out to lift it up, you might as well open it all the way out and leave yourself with much more room to get in.

i wuld give 1/10 for practicality.....

when some ppl wif their big MPVs sandwich u in a tight carpark, use lambo doors so u can slip in, rather than opening the door normally by 2 inches. :P

very good comment there, i hate when you cant get in properly cos someone is so close and you dont want to hit the nxt car with your door, although would you hit the roof in an indoor carpark or multi story?

Those lambo door kits (or some of them anyway) still open normally as well tho.

I still wouldn't have them tho!!

Well they've got that wrong for starters!!

I would describe them more as butterfly doors!!

van style doors that pop out and back as seen on the pug 1007 would be the best solution to such problems

or even a pair on each side with the fronts sliding forwards instead for best access...
