i bought the said x-reg 45,000 mile black gti with the red door cards and red seat belts

the wheels look mint, no kerbing at all (lets see what they'll like in a few months after I use the car to go to manc and and round it in...)

it'll need lowering springs and i'll have to look into getting rid of the red things inside the car

insurance comes in at a friendly 950 fully comp from trident

(nb: if the milage is confirmed from the log and the pedal box has been done)

pick up on thursday night

(now all i gotta do is find the fckin money haha)

Nice one :D

Regarding the wheels, clean them every week and they'll be alright - mind the kerbs tho! They're unforgiving :(

i cant understand why you'd want them - but if you know how to get them off/replace them and all that - then sure

if you have black/dk grey door card things, i'd swap them out too, cos I dont really like the red ones lol

Yeah it's just a few bolts, most difficult part would be removing the rear side panels.

Funnily enough i had my rear seatbelts out this weekend while soundproofing the back of the car.

As for the panels, mine are red too, but i like them that way. Thats why i want the seatbelts red to match. 8)

Taking the back side cards off is really easy if you take out the back seats. theres 1 screw, one big alan bolt which holds the seat up, to plastics screwy cap things, then u just pull it off the clips!

p*** that fell through - maybe I'm not the owner of a polo gti

maybe later on in the year

(some how my ability to loan money at low interest rates has gone west - as in, unless i'll pay 8%-9% or more, the banks wont give me money)

Sorry to hear that, shame, out there will always be a chance to get another and who knows one that fits your bill exactly!

Everything happens for a reason.
