ok sumthing strange happened to my wee polo 2nite...
was driving around and then all of a sudden the right hand wheel starting making a scraping sound (best way 2 describe it is as if its fingers down a black board) my m8 (who was in the car at the time) said it was the grit and salt causing the the noise. fair enough but it happened all the way home (it also happened about a week ago, again - pretty bad weather) my cars lowered and it sitting on 16" wheels, could it b anything other than the bad weather?

btw, i checked for any stones caught around the brake and had a gud look around, but nothing obvious causing the problem
