GTI International 2005

Post by jrw »

Ok, who's going to inters this year?

Has UK-Polos got a stand (if not why not) and priviledge parking?

Only I am going down in my Bora and GRA-GT in his er GT(!) and I have got privvy parking through UK-MKIVS.net so wanted to know if you were doing the same so we aren't too far away on the car park.

Alternatively he could be on the stand with the world's only owned GT!

Just realised i never gave an answer to the actual topic

I'll be going again, dunno if the gf will go again as she moaned (and will again when i mention going) about the price to get in.

Am i right in saying there was only a club stand last year not private parking?

I'll be in attendance for both days, we're planning on getting a pitch at a camp site nearby, what is everyone else doing about accommodation?

Josh suggested (not sure if he was joking!) that we should have a uk-polos.net campsite, I'm not sure that if we told them they we all knew each other, that we were down for the show and each bringing our cars they would be too pleased (they probably have stereotyped us as Burberry wearing, Max Power Nova driving Chavs!).

If any of you guys are interested in camping and joining us then I'll post the campsite details when I've made the booking...

i'm going down on the friday night with my mates off the SEAT enthusiasts site... got a space on their stands so i know i'll be inside the show both days! :)

we're staying in the Ipswich North travel inn with its nice comfy rooms and restaurant! none of this camping lark, i'm not hardcore for camping in May! lol

and its right near the A14/A12 so quick 10 min drive to get there!!

hope the weather holds out this year!!!
