Bstardchild -both days (I think I'm organising the club stand "Josh to confirm" and will therefore bring a 240 v generator - 25 L of water - kettle - tea and coffee - milk, some foldaway chairs and prob a case of beer )
Dubpolo - both days (i want to be on the club stand! please boss! )
Cyhliu -both days (case of beer...what else do you need? oh and some smokes...ha ha ha)
GRA-GT - Both Days (possibility of club stand - you know you want a spanking clean GT on there! )
JRW - Both Days (i'm a Bora owner now so will be frequenting the uk - mkivs.net stand !)
Petrified/James - Saturday (Bringing very clean G40, a bucket, sponge and possibly a nick)
SiDaBa - Not entirely sure what day yet, depends on what company i bring. However if you DO want to have a 9n GT on stand go with one that has two more doors than Gra-GT, you know it makes sense
GroovyCarrot - Sunday, with luck, depends whether I have exams around then.
2fast4u- i'l be there in my 9n one of the days, hopefully both if we can sort out camp or hotel. probably with my brother in his mk4 golf 1.8t.

Right, i'm booking the Friday, Saturday and Sunday off work tomorrow so i can get to this show.

I will book the campsite tomorrow after work.

Cyhliu: is there any space on the stands for a silver GTi. BMC, B&M, rear aero wiper and fingers crossed slammed on coilovers. Not many mods but you could possibly have the 3 colours of Gti on one stand!

M@Turner, I'm not sure about being on the stand but I do remember Josh mentioning that there will be some private parking available so we may be able to arrange something...also if like last year they allow us to change cars listed and some one drops out then I'm sure we can make an exception!

I'll have a chat to Josh next time I see him...

Right, my selection:

Josh - Fabia vRS
Chris - Polo GTi
DubPolo - Polo GTi
DubEnvy - Polo GT/G40
BstardChild - Polo 6n
Carmadaaron - Polo 9n Aaron - PM Me your Registration Number

We then have 4 spaces available at the back of the stand for "support staff", but I'm sure we can arrange these cars to look like they're part of the stand if the layout is the same as last year:

Therefore:

Mole - Evo FQ340
NelsonWilbury - Ibiza Cupra PD160
M@Turner - Polo GTi
?

Not sure about the ? yet. If anyone is desperate to come on the stand, PM me and I'll have to have a think :D

With the stands the organisers allow a number of cars also to park nearby, these spaces are reserved for cars that are there to support the stand, if it was anything like last year the private parking is practically right next to the stand so basically you can think of them as part of the stand... hope this helps!

Still might be a place left if you inform Josh early enough.

Oh, yes, the private parking means that you won't be able to enter in the sprint or other activites as the pass you receive will only allow you into the club/trade section and not with the other parking with the rest of the attendees so please bear that in mind should you wish to take your Polo on the sprint.

You can get to the sprint etc, if you have privvy parking!

This is the idea - It is spaces near the front of the main car park by the cars for sale and not near the stand.

Think you must be getting confused mate.
