Bluevision Bulbs(continued form Ballhoos VW thread)

Post by Ballyhoo »

Well I think the new 9n Polo requires a H7 bulb-(is this right?) but I'm not sure on the side lights front?

Thsi is what i'm going to get(Mole/DXG/des/Nelson/Mikeyw..anyone please correct me if I'm wrong):

Main beam: H7 Phiollips Blue Visison and apparently they come with free blue sidelight bulbs form www.powerbulbs.com(based in Yorskshire) plus free p+p

Does anyone know if they are easy to fit?

On the subject of bulbs...I wanted to fit Blue Vision bulbs, but then I noticed one (fine) evening  that the headlights gave off a very white shine and when you look @ the headlights, it's got this blue shine to it. Is that standard VW bulbs?

Before they released the new polo they had some press photographs of it with some different headlamps, well they had lenses instead of reflectors, I presume they were xenons. If so why do they not have them even as an option?

Yup, I expect them on those models. Bit of a let down though, a Lupo can have Xenon's, but a Polo can't? Oh well... Patience!
