Looks like the 75bhp version, ideally you'd be after the 100bhp version if you were going for the conversion. From what I can remember there are a fair few differences.

yeah that is a 75bhp one. Big differences too. It only has one cam pulley I think (the other is driven by a chain from the first one) wheras the mk4 16v has 2 cams and 2 pulleys.
