VW Festival: June 2005: Yorkshire – Need numbers NOW! - 26th
What is the date of this thing?
I need to save as much cash as possible now until August so it mite be difficult for me to afford to make the trip. Plus my car is now back to standard ride height.
so you may not want me to show my face.
If you really want me i'll change my shift so i can get to the show. Pretty sure i'm workin that weekend tho.

Guys you are getting this all wrong...
I think this show is for all Dubs and it doesn't matter if your's is modified or not, at least it is clean and looked after. I'm sure I read somewhere that this show is trying to attract more of the standard unmodified models and that they are offering discounted entrance prices for such models (but you have to notify them first).
You don't need to have it lowered, tinted, air-ride (thought that helps!) or two-tone paint, at least it's clean (or you are at least prepared beforehand with a bucket and sponge!) and you love you car then you have what it needs. It is really getting silly that there always seems to be the same Polo GTIs and there are so many more of you none Polo GTI owners out there and you should show your dedication to the forum and out your car on the stand!
