Love everything about it bar the 6x9's i hate them with a passion, ruin the sound stage and in combination with a sub will get ****** as the air from the sub will push the cones.
But for pure streetbass (which aint my thing) tasty stuff

That is a good question, id assume back seats would do for shopping, and yes the car does drive differntly with heavy subwoofers and amps in the boot. But you cant have it all can you!
My polo is a diesel so im not going to be going as fast and as they have more torque than a petrol so the effect isnt as bad.
For my boot install i am building a false floor which all the amps etc will go underneath, i am also going to go build a box to go over the subwoofer in the boot for when i need to carry things in the boot

Not much, but it sounds great. Amplifier mounted on the bench with screws and rubber grommets. I, unlike others, need my boot space. Whether it be my mum's shoppin' in the boot, or it be a load of crap thrown in the back for a day out with the lads. Music in my car essential but I've got to have boot space too!

lol in all the time i had the polo, including throughout the student time when i was getting all my own food in , the number of times i used the boot for it could count on one hand i think
3 door car with yourself as solo driver it may as well go in the passenger footwell (where you can keep an eye on delicate items and it wont fly about when you brake hard) or behind the seats - sometimes you dont even have to tilt em. it's easier than faffing with the boot, especially if you're parked in a funny spot at either end. Plus you cant honestly say the polo boot is all that large even for shopping purposes. Better than a lupo (where you probably cant get a weeks worth of groceries in) but still pushing it.
nice looking install anyway (best i ever managed was a stealth shelf thats recently fell apart) and christ, how big are those speakers on that link??

in that pic of your front wheel do you relise that the brake pads are in the wrong way?, that bronze clip thing is ment to clip into the piston on the inside of the caliperspankone wrote:http://www.clubgtipeterborough.co.uk/fo ... ic.php?t=7
