man the funny thing is i m so used to slip down a gear,i think i was at 70mph on 4th, then by the time i change to 5th, it was 6k rpm, and that is at 110mph. but i think the cop caught an average between a know distance. so i just waiting for the letter for the court. arhhhh life sucks without my black beauti... the funny thing is, i only brought it since Feb05, so still got the year used car warrenty from dealers.

well from what i search on the internet about driving offences and penalties, for speeding - eceeding the speed limit on the motorway is 3-6 points, fine up to 2500, and probable disqualification if driving at over 100mph. but it also say there may be a fixed penalty option. dont really know what that means. The police have 14days to sent out notice of the prosecution. and this mean dated 14 days, so it could be 16days.... fingers cross, but i have certainly learn my lesson already!

depends on how u act in the magistrates court and what u bring with you.

I took a letter from my boss saying that if i lost my licence i wouldnt be able to do my job and the company wud incur heavy costs as they wud have to transport IT equipment via courier rather than me chucking them on a van and taking them with me when i go offsite.

Prob depends on how old you are too, if your 17 yrs old they prob wont give you anything off at all, just because your young and they feel the need to instill the law in you.

They were going to give me 6 months but the head Magistrate said in leu of the letter he was reducing it to 3 months but increased the fine from £300 to £400.

Pretty sweet if u ask me, cant really complain, i tended to use the car when i needed to anyways, i just didnt take the p*** with it, like have a full car and cruising about at 2am on a sat nite, which woulda been asking for a nicking.

haha

Thats comforting to know... well I am still waiting for the letter, so fingers cross.

Anyway, I will be posting picture of my car this weekend, have it valeted so it will be nicely presentable.
I will also be selling the BMC-CDA kit with a 45' Samco hose seprately. Not sure whats the best way to go around it, but possible putting that on ebay. In any case, if u guys are intrested, just PM me.

The Polo GTI, i will be happy to let it go at £7500, included in that is the warrenty till next Feb, A full service that was done in late March @ 47000 miles, full service histry with all the invoice supply as i am being the second owner, full MOT till next Feb. I will leave u with the K&N filter panel i fitted orginally, and sparco pedals.

As for the BMC-CDA with a samco 45' hose, for being only had it for 1.5 months, I will let it go for £150 +p&p.

I will post the pictures for both of the items during the weekend so watch this space people!!!!

What reg is the GTi? Does it have full leather? £7500 seems mighty steep for a GTi without leather and very low mileage...

Ive seen ones go for £6000 with full leather and 30k on the clock...
