Agree with the wait. A decent respray will cost big bucks and will probably devalue the car in the long run. Original cars like the GTI will probably apprecite in value in the long run. I know from experience, my Corrados have been kept mint are worth more that I paid three years ago. Not cheap to run tho, Try and find a 100% original G40
