Just got it done today, it's the matter of installation steps.

install as following steps...
app. setup>serial number>add user>input dealer number as 124/12345>quit.
install Audi first, then VW.
don't skip any part.
That is, but remember to uninstall and to find and erase all files
that starts with "elsa" before re-installation!

Good luck!
that is what i did when i installed it! i followed the instructions that i was given in the CD! i spose i shall try and reinstalled it! thats gonne take ages!

keep in mind, that DVD-1 has aready includes CD1-5,and DVD-2
has includes CD6-8.
maybe your set is different, you can always check the Disk-id on the
DVD,then you will have idea how many disk number in the DVD.

So in my case, during installation, when prompt change dsk 2/3/4or5,that actually
doesn't need to change, just click ok,then it will run again.
Remember to install Audi data first then VW data.

its the smae with mine, always click ok when asked to insert a disk except when it says disk six. the only thing i can think of was that i did the application disk, then the two audi disks, then i check to see what it was like as it was a bit late to put the vw disk on! i did the vw disks the next nite!

Did you create a user and put in dealer number before installing data
disks?
Are you with XP pro?
As far as I know they only work on Win NT/2000 and XP pro
workstation platforms.

I can't think of any possibilities just yet...
but one more thing, change or use other available DVD rom.
(you may also borrow some body else USB portable DVDR)
I used different DVD rom during my last successful installation.

re-install the whole thing, delete any elsa file in you computer before
re-installation.

I can sure it's something to do with the installation steps.
Follow as per instruction in every steps, don't skip anything.
