personally i think the speakers are good enough, but when i bought my gti, I had a sony mp3 player, amp and 12" JBL sub left over from my previous car. So I thought it was only fair to fit them, rather than have them lying around

Completed doing it at the weekend - granted it looses you a lot of boot space (half for me ), but it has made one hell of a difference.

I think a lot depends on the type of music you listen to.

I Work for Bose and i can safely say that its one of the most common question we get asked!!
We can't do any after market car products unless ur car came with it in the manufacturing stages!!
It can't be bought seperately...even staff can't!! and if you could it would be no use at all!!!
Because of the way that bose speakers work, u wouldn't be able to "just fit them" like any other speaker i'm afraid!!!
Can give u my word 100% on this one!
