Yes my. I can get a pic if it would help explain. Both front and rear on the drivers side are just off the arch rather than the passenger side is about an inch lol.
Sports undercarriage? Explain. U got a solution for me? Both those bits I havent got on my car. Are they needed?

the undercarriage is a problem, that have many of my friends. I don`t know why but with a winding carriage you can correct it

but over one Inch is to much.
can you take a picture of your compression leg??

Arnoldo, those metal plates you have left over are meant to go in between the front top mount and the top of the spring, as it has the recess.
Look at the pic below, and you'll see what I mean:
Can you see where it sits?
And the washer is just a random, don't worry about it. Once everything settles, it should even out.

Its been settling for about 2-3 weeks m8 lol. Does it take so long for it to settle? Also we used original vw stuff rather than that plate. Would it be ok?

It takes a while for it to settle, longer than 2-3 weeks anyway. I'm currently running without that plate on my 60/40 kit, and there's no apparent problems.

Ollie can u circle exactly were those parts go as im gettin them looked at in the morning by a mechanic. It would be brill if u can. Also are they for the front?

Yeah, they're for the front. They're the front spring seats, and they go in between the front spring and the front top mount.
The arrow shows the front spring seat.

Ollie tried fitting these this morning but the actual spring cup is too small for the springs :S

I'm sure it goes there. If it doesn't fit, just don't use them, I don't. My car is fine without them.
I'm sure once it settles, everything will rectify itself (and look pimp

).
