Braided hoses will do a fair bit, fitted a set on my dads gsxr 750 k4 and he said it broke immensly more on a bike so must be better on a car, im goin black diamond and pads as mine are 85% gone all round from vw sayin they are neways, pads and disc warp lol!

Aint got the money til next week for a full change!

pushing the pedal halfway to get any decent braking?

sounds like you need to bleed the system man, my 280mm setup with braided hoses bites quite well straight away, i think they are plenty good enough for general use!

i havent read the whole thread so forgive me.

But you will never get four pots i dont think over 280mm disks under 15" bbs rims.

I have the G60 setup with black diamond drilled discs and predator pads.

next step would be braided hose's

Next maybe look at doing something with the brake servo.

A decent set of pads e.g Ferodo DS2500 and a full bleed should sort things out Alex. Upgrading discs does very little (on a set up such as this)so I wouldn't bother with grooved or drilled etc.

Decent pads and a full bleed I shall do then :)

Thanks everyone!
