I see the one with graduated tints almost every day on my way to/from work... We always flash our lights at each other!
He works in the Hope Valley.
Not sure if I've "flashed" at you? I try to flash my lights at every GTi I see!
Yeah i think you did one day coming up Halifax Road.....You can tell mine i bought a private plate just after i bought the car..... Y6 ***.
I'll flash next time i see ya. If ya see a black Lexus IS200 flash ya that'd be me too!!!

Well my fellow Sheffield GTi owners, i live just up the road from Chapeltown. I reckon i must have passed one of you on Burncross road on Monday, about 6.30. I'll give you a flash next time i see you.
Seems strange that there are few GTi's about and yet there's 4 in Sheffield.
I'm definately up for a GTI only meet in Sheffield though. Let me know if owt gets sorted!

I've seen a silver 5-door around burns cross... Flashed at it a couple of times!
There's a red 3-door driven by my mates ex knocking around too.

Its silver, has HIDs, bbs spilt rims, GTi badges, but is 4-DOOR? now correct me if i'm wrong but didnt they only make it in 2 door?

Yep think i saw her on Penistone Road a bit back.... we were on opposite sides of the dual carriageway in rush hour staring at each others GTi's!!!!!!!

A colleague of mine at work has a friend who lives in Sheffield who also apparently bought a 3-door silver GTi about the same time as me (Jan/Feb 2003) he's also called Dave but i've never met the guy.
My car was originally from Leeds..... was then bought by a VW dealer in Hove (Brighton) i saw it on the VW website and got Gilders Hillsborough to fetch all the way back up for me to buy!!!!!
