It certainly stands out like he wanted, but for the wrong reasons.

"It's about credibility. I want my Corsa to be the best-looking in the country," he said.
Keep trying.

i bet individually, each bit that he had done actually was quite well done, but this guy has obviously had no overall plan - he's just kept adding bits to it which just don't go together. Everything looks uncoordinated. He could have done so much better.
it's like when you build a lego model without any instructions - you just end up f*cking it right up.

Thats horrid
and puts me in mind of "5th Gear"s recent short article on the Saxo modding scene where vicki butler whasserface makes it out to be the best thing since sliced ham.
some guy spent £35,000 on tricking out his saxo and it didnt look so much different/better.... massive ice instead of the rear seats, granted... and still the 1.1 engine for insurance purposes (if you're going to drop 35 grand... whats another couple thousand for an engine swap and insurance premium?). changed the paint 3 times..
she asked........ 35 grand... why didnt you just get a porsche boxter?
because i wanted something a bit different

any porsche boxter is going to look like the next.
yeah but! theres not that many of them about (whereas theres so many badly modded saxos that blend into each other) and you could, i dunno, get it repainted pink and put teddy alloys on it

i no the guy that owns that, and to be fair to him, everything done to that car is of the utmost quality in workmanship, fair play the car looks toss, but my god it has been put together VERY well. still think its to much to spend for very little in individuality!!!!

barely touched its exterior except for the lights the grill and the wheels. all the dollars went on the chassis were it should go, coils, poly bushes, uprated antiroll bars. looked subtle! nice!
