Its still a friggin Corsa

Post by M@Turner »

Well that looks sh#t.

Why modify something like a corsa. I'm one who would prefer to spend £19,000 on a nice new car, rather than £3000 on the car and then £16,000 on mods which make it look like other modded cars.

If you look around now, the most original looking Corsa is one which hasn't been modified.

Wish i had a spare £16,000. I'd show him what to spend it on.

What a looers......................

Oh im sorry... £19k... hums lets see, why dont ya get a NICE car first then do it up...

I actually see this car occasionally. Each time it gets worse.

What ever happened to that well dodgy blue corsa with the civic lights?

"It's in the garage during the week, but on Friday and Saturdays I drive it around Blackwood, Cardiff and Newport.
He started work on his car as soon as he passed his driving test at 17 and has no plans to trade the nine-year-old to start again on a new vehicle.
Is it me or is there something wrong there?

£16k on a Corsa plus £3k purchase price... boys a fool :P he could have had a 2nd-hand Golf 25th Anni for that... or a choice from a whole host of other far more respectable motors!

Don't get me wrong it has got some good bits on it - the Focus T270 bonnet vent... alloys aren't too bad... but I have to agree with SD_polow, whats going on at the back end?

16k on a Polo...
  • 1.8t 20v engine swap
coilovers etc and a healthy drop
powerflow full system plus single 4" tailpipe
    interior leather/alacantra retrim
ICE install whilst the above is being done
    ronal turbos
    VW 'raven blue' respray
I think thats where the money would go... possibly...

EDIT: forgot the tints! (not too dark)
