been told today the parts are on back order now and wont be in for a few weeks...
wasnt told this when i dropped the car off tho.... oh no they waited until i came to collect it to tell me!!
top notch customer service!! NOT!

Yep, sounds about right, my car went in today and I got a phone call to say they didn't have the clips needed and they are on back order.....
I could have told them that!
Seems someone didn't look at the parts list needed for the job,
I think this is the first one they have attempted to do though!

Mine would of taken a day if they hadn't broken the clip.
Had a phone call saying it would be ready soon Mr Wright I said great, everything ok, yes all is ok, super.
Hour later, Mr Wright, yes, Very sorry to inform you that there has been a slight problem with fitting the replacement part, Oh has something broke?, yes sir, oh dear, the good news is though Sir the car will definatly be ready tomorrow.
Which it is, going to pick up in a little while after work
