Great, thank for the photos and the introduction. Now it all becomes more clear. Thank you.
Yes I can make wiring for you as well as get you a light switch to work in this configuration.
Maybe something to think about, to install DRL in the bumper as well. Only if you're interested.

Do you mean that the fog lights will be drl? Because my headlights are drl at the moment and are constantly on?

Hi. Can I just tap power from rear fog light switch already present in the car just like the photo shows. Is this ok? I don't want to change the switch.

No, the rear fog light wire is to control the rear fog lights. Not the front fog lights.
For the front lights you'll need to change the light switch and wire and fuse it accordingly.

The only correct installation is an OEM installation, with two possibilities:

Light switch - fuse 55- fog lights

OR

Light switch - BCM
BCM - fog lights (front fog lights with cornering lights)
Fuse 57 - BCM

With the correct light switch with an indicator light for front fog lights.

you would need to add a relay for that.
Go for what iichel is suggesting it will look way cleaner

Thank you for your responses, this makes a lot more sense. How about taking power from terminal 3 of the T17 connector which is probably an empty pin in the T17 per sources. I have seen another guy draw power for cornering lights with a separate fuse and relay from this circuit. I was thinking if I could follow a similar approach. I would like this method as this would turn on with the park lights. Please share your insights on this method. It is difficult to source vw parts and connectors in my part of the world and which is why I would rather go for a direct connection from the battery using a aftermarket relay wiring harness and switch without tampering the OEM settings, if this is not possible. I would not want to tamper anything by doing it the wrong way.

You can also source needed parts, connectors etc. from donor cars ( parts cars from junkyard).
