Where can I source the clips from? I believe the service centre won't sell it over the counter.
You can buy clips from below Indian website.

Longer clip 7L0 868 243

Shorter clip 6Q0 868 243

Thanks for the links, I thought all the clips are similar and interchangeable :P maybe thats why I am not getting that solid feel while opening the door from the door handle.
Also do you have any idea if can we install the tweeters from Tata Nexon in our VW Polo/Vento?
I have provided the YouTube video link for the same.

I recommend to install OEM A-pillar trim with tweeters in built.
RHD:
Driver side A-pillar trim with tweeter-- 6C6867234
Passenger side A-pillar trim with tweeter-- 6C6867233
Tweeters only-- 6C0035411
OEM tweeters are rated 4ohm/20w.

You can install aftermarket tweeters also. I have seen people installing tweeters on stock A pillar trims as well as front door pads. It depends on individual preferences.

Do you have any dedicated post on ambient light installation?

Thank you for appreciating my little 6R🙏 ... my 6R is my meditation.🤘

Here are the relevant links to my ambient light project. I regret that I didn't pen down the full wiring details in the thread back then. Basically I used a bistable relay to switch on/off ambient lights via dash button( Auto start/stop button) and the power input (58d) was taken from dimmer switch.
