Rear spoiler....any1 know the name?

Well 180 may be a reasonal price but I'm bit stuffed with money and I had the spoiler for over half a year now in the basement. I really wanna put that beast on my car. I might just "have a go at it".

They were all closed on Saturday after explaing some n00b about wiring of some rear-speakers.
