@Carmadaaron - What's the point of that spoiler anyway. It's like nothing there, looks like the standard one in my opinion.

£180 isn't that bad for a professional job. In the long run if you mess yours up you may just have to pay it anyway and it'd probably cost more because they'll have to take off the paint you put on it and reprimer it BUT there is nothing wrong with giving it ago your self.
As for subtlty, not everyone wants a huge spoiler that isn't needed on a car, it's all down to taste and the look you want.

yep i agree with SiDaBa..... some are after subtle, i know that sylonien wants to make his GTi mark and make it look a lot more agressive!
