Yes. But the same connector is fitted with the same pin layout on the H7 and H4 headlights.

H7 has 10 pin connector
You mean If I take 10 pin connector I have to insert wire according to H7 headlight diagram

In the back side of relay holder. YOU should know where is the J331 relay.
You have to remove the BCM to be able to extract the relay holder, once the relay holder is removed from the relay carrier, you have to slightly extract the terminal locking mechanism and then remove the terminal with the tool.
Estimated time to do this work, about 5-10 min max, but I guess it will take you a couple of hours.

We just need to add 1 extra wire that's it
Nothing else is required?
