This one which is held at The Wharf is an annual thing.

A summer meet was organised this year further in to kent and believe the same is to happen again in 2006 :) . Arse you wont be able to make it to The Wharf

According to the AA route planner, it's an hour and a half from Bedford which is why I think I'll be attending with Dino (but in seperate cars :D) so long as nothing comes up.

Be good to put names to faces.

I Plan to come down from Norfolk - but after last year I've got to do some preparation.........

1. Hide credit card from misses

2. Avoid mentioning it's anywhere near Bluewater or Lakeside or she'll try to find item in point 1

3. Try to convince her it's margate again  or she'll think it being held near 2. and we all know what that leads to point 1!!!

So I'll be at the 2006 Margate polo club meeting then!!

bstardchild i'm interested to hear your plans for distraction when you pass signs like "next turn off for Lakeside Shopping Center" or "Bluewater"

 I agree with SiDaBa how you going to pull that one off? Why don't you just drop the misses at the shopping center for the day. If she gets tired then rent out a room at the Hilton.

By the way. What time is this all taking place?

I did that last year - Bluewater and she hammered the credit card in the January sales!!!!! Think I'm gonna do that again?

So - if it's Margate she won't wanna go - dead seaside town with no shops and a cold beach.........

easy!!!!

I've been living with her for best part of 15 years - some things you just know she won't wanna do - camping at the Polo Show for instance!!!!
