so does the Afs sensor fits only on one wheel i.e. rear left side wheel?? does this have to change to right for RHD cars??

there should be a bracket already attached to your rear axle, on the left side.
if there is not, there is not a seperate bracket for the rear axle to be sold. the only bracket you can buy for this, is the bracket that also holds the left rear brake line.

how to check if module is Z03?? their are various module 6r0907357 available online, how to know if its Z03

the only way to be sure, is to order from VW dealer or have access to donor car VIN and something like partslink24 or ETKA with VIN identification

This part is not available in Indian cars, will have to buy it online only. What should be the donor car.??
