she is back on the road just in time for the snow lol

it hurt too much before so i didnt upload pics of her in "a bad state" but i will now she is all better

so first of all the crash...

the reason for there being so much damage was there was no slam panel on the car as to why im not sure and with everything on it being plastic just shattered !

now i have repaired it... it looks like this...

its all getting resprayed some time this week or maybe next week now seeing as its christmas on friday but at least its now road legal and driveable !... still dint get anyfog lights though :(

Ouch! I actually saw a Land Rover in much the same state yesterday, just driving about!

A lad on club polo is after some p-slots..

Is ure roof painted or vinyl, looks nice, or at least it will soon!

Ite dude, Will you be putting a slam panel back in or not bothering??

Wilst its in the body shop you could leave the bonnett black perhaps???

i dont have a complete set of p-slots just yet as i destroyed one accidently lol and i wont sell em till there in mint condition and back to a nice polished face,

oh and my roof and wing mirrors are sprayed not vinyl'd

as i want to get rid of it sometime next year i put everything back on it including the slam bar that wasnt there, it would be unfair of me to sell a car to someone that wasnt complete let alone as safe as it should be.specially as it will most likely be someones first car

a few people said to leave the bonnet black but im not too sure, i have never been a fan of cars with black bonnets, i dont mind black roofs but bonnets for some reason is a pet hate of mine so im sure it will be going red again ! may resmooth the bumper im not sure :?

i agree with the black boneet bit just put it red when is it getting resprayed as must b depressing seing it like that

have you got any parts for sale at all ??

unfortunatly not mate as i still drive it and am using it every day im gonna restore it back her former glory... it all starts tomorrow then if she passes mot, she goes in the garage for a week to be all redone and resprayed,

yeah its all going red again gonna spray a few parts gloss black i.e. grills, badge and a few interior parts like heater surrounds,

getting those mk 4 golf black leather gti recarro seats when my friend gets back of holiday so that will be next big project then the headlining i think :-)
