Well turboes going on today and spoot tomorrow, intercooler in the post after gettin pissed around i went and ordered it brand new. Bumped into a little problem with the turbo apparently it isnt such a straight swap afterall the pipe from the egr to the turbo isnt the same so its being blanked off so looks like il have to put up with the EML on until i sort something more permanant out. Hope to get the FMIC on end of the week and hopefully mapped in the near future

Yeah i dont understand how it wont fit but hes looking into an ibiza cupra pipe since the turboes from one of them. Il be turning the egr down with vagcom when i get my new egr anyway so it doesnt bother me i just hope it will all line up

Some rollers will say 240 but numbers don't matter it's how it drives.

It made 300 on r tech rollers. At ur stage. New stage 340 now

Old injectors ATM as the new ones were faulty only waited 6 months for them

Might be a while just off the phone with them and theyve said she aint boosting much. Theyve said that the boost control unit might be knackered so wont get her back today anyway looks like monday which is a bummer because im on a course all week

Could be worse. You could have spent £1000 on injectors to wait 6 months for them to arrive for then to have them fitted and they be faulty, and also be without the car for 2 months while this is diagnosed, so driving the 2nd car of a vr6 golf.

Ive spent double that getting this to stage 3 and it still wont be mapped to use it all haha the joys of modyfying. The guy also told me that the noise wasnt the turbo ( remember the vid i posted a while back) so mabe a leaky gasket or somethin anyway just hope it all sorts out in the end

Yer I spent £400 to remove then refit my injectors. When stuff goes wrong it makes u get down I have spent £9000 in modifying my polo
