A bit of copper grease on the center hub generally stops the wheel sticking. Thats generally where it holds onto due to the corrosion between the different metals on the hub and alloy.

Thats a bit concerning. If they were all fitted, and torqued to 120nm, then theres no way they could just come undone like that

Yeah the store says I must have had that on wrong, but surely if you've three bolts on and you can clearly see it flush from the top - and the other two tighten at the bottom than it can't be wrong so I'm very nervous about driving home !

I got them from rimstyle.com but i'm sure you can prob get a good price and fitted etc from a local store in your town.
They're a decent price for the look of them. . I was originally kind of copying MrDeathLads wheels. They were OZ wheels though and very expensive so I went for cheap ones which still look half decent

No way man. . .these are 30/30. . I'd probably have went lower, but I really couldn't in my area. There is still a wee bit of a gap but it's better than factory!
Light?! No haha. Not literally light as I struggled to lift them. . . but I'm a big girls blouse to be honest so i'd guess a normal dude would probably call them light

I've 215's though aren't they bigger? Maybe that's why? I'd love 40mm at the back.
I can lift the box of springs haha. . .but no way in hell could I lift more than one alloy! Mine didn't come in a box they came with tyres on separated by circular cardboard and that blue plastic that you have to scissors open.
Do the springs drop over time? Maybe cus mine are just on they're higher or something.
