Oh alright then
I think the GAMMA needs to come out and be re-seated again as its ever-so-slightly unlevel. But otherwise everything is perfect!

A minor update on the progress of things:
Dropped my winter wheels at A1 Renovations in Wolverhampton this morning and they will be ready to pick up next weekend
My second set of rear lights are being dispatched on Monday for tinting, and will be back with me within 10 days tops
Also, I have had the CD changer and radio out and re-positioned them so that they are fitted properly, and flush, as VW intended. If you study the picture above carefully, you can see that the radio unit is not aligned properly! Sorted now
Cheers

Took both units out to start with, and then tried to get as much of the cables tucked away to the left of the space as possible. Then put the CD changer in, making sure it was in place properly and pushed it back in until it went *click*. Plugged all of the cables back into the radio and slid that in too but had to take it out again and fiddle with the cables a bit then pop it back in, a few times, before finally it went in nicely and sat flush in the slot without dropping down to rest on the CD changer!
In short, I just kept trial-fitting it until it went in right!

I keep intending to get some strong double-sided tape to hold it in place but haven't done so yet which means, yep you guessed it, mine is not secured in place properly. It only slips off if you put a foot under the pedal and lift it off, so no major worry. Passed two MOTs like it so can't be all that wrong
Did you buy a RHD or a LHD pedal? Mine is the LHD item which is shorter than the RHD and a better fit.

I wouldn't bother with double sided tape Si, I used some real strong stuff and it was fine for a while.
Then one day it fell off, the best thing to use is a healthy amount of Araldite. You'll have to apply pressure for a while though while it goes off.
Won't budge then

I picked up my refurbished winter wheels this morning at 08:15am

in Wolverhampton. I'd post some pictures if I could but I can't! The car is at Autotyres right now having the rims fitted, tyres from my BBS are going on and they use all the same bolts so it should be fairly simple.
So. New valves, tyres swapped over, balancing, weights being placed on the inside of the wheels, 90 minutes for the job. £45 cash
Car was left there at 09:30 so I'm off there now to go see about getting her back!
Pictures will be up as soon as I have washed her
