Pin 40 & 41 should be size no 2 ??

Maybe you are making a mistake.
In this image you can check the dimensions of the terminals.

You have labeled the cables incorrectly.
-1st, why have you labeled the cables?
-2nd, the cables corresponding to 40a and 41a go inside the BCM-Fusebox harness, not individually.

The type of terminals you show are MQS.

I have doubts, maybe I was the one who made the mistake.
I don't know the reasons why those MQS terminals are crimped in those cables.
Please verify again the wires 40a and 41a with incorrect terminals.
No problem for me to send you asap a new BCM-fusebox wiring. (free, of course)
