Engine mounts n chassis legs

Can anyone tell me if like in 205' nova's and other hot hatchs the chassis legs and engine mounts are strengthened in GSI's GTI's but is there any difference in polo genesis GT's G40's
would be gratefull for any info!
Also i think i was told that MK2 scirocco disk brakes fit onto MK3 polo's is this the case? if so will MK2 Golf gti 16v brakes also fit?

unfortunately not, the passenger side chassis leg is prone to splitting or cracking, this is usally solved by either stich welding before it goes, or once its gone, welding in another brace to strengthen the front end, i know a couple of high powered g40s that used steel girder
