MK4 Along Herne Bay Sea front

Well tonight is the first time i have seen another polo down here. it was a mk4 in a dark colour i would have thought either dark blue or black. It didnt have many mods but i did notice it had alloys. But at the same time i was watching the speed bump. So are you on here ?
