i hope for your sake youve just had a cambelt replaced if so its the old tensioner for the belt that drives the second cam if not your in the s**t get to a garage but don't drive it get it towed and get them to check your cambelt and the socondary drive belt

yep just had the belts and tensioners done so at least i kno they did it then cheerz workinprogress
