Polo GTi:

0-60 = 8.4
Top Speed = 127mph

Your welcome! Why, did you do 130 or something and think wtf?

Ive done 127mph ish but I wouldnt believe it!

On the way to VW Festival MikeTDi of uk-mk4s.net said the fastest we went was 88mph on his gps, where as I swore we were doing almost 100mph at one point!!!

found this clip warning 22mb

Personally I've had my speedo reading accurate up to 100mph on a private road of course, never had the equipment to test above that speed accurately

My road pilot indicates that the speedo over reads by 5mph.

However every car could be different depending on setup, tyre ware etc etc. 8)

Ive had an INDICATED 135mph on the clock on mine. makes sense if the speedo is over by 5mp to be honest. that would put me on about 130mph which sounds about right including the slight mods i have.:)
