wobbling steering wheel!

hi guys,

just want a simple answer

. My steering wheel, wobbles slightly when i take my hands of it when driving, i asume the wheel alignment is off, or i've bent something! is it costly to correct and will the dealership do it for me

It could also be the balance of the wheels.

I'm not entirely sure whether VW will charge or not if it was any of the mentioned.

any tyre fitter will rebalance your wheels for a few quid. that should solve the problem

that doesn't sound to bad, and it shouldn't be overly expensive? as my budget is pretty tight (a-level student)!!

i may be mis-interepting but are you sure its not just wobbling from the road bumps and moving from uneven road?

it happens on all surfaces at nearly any speed all the time. for the past week. but i'll get it sorted out soon.
