Are we talking plastic jobbies like you get from your dealer or insurer, or small round alloy goodness? The alloy ones, there are some companies you can go to where you can order customised holders with a certain logo or phrase laser-etched on the back of the alloy disc. A search on Google should turn up what you need.

I bought mine from here in black with a VW logo on the back. Looks really good, you could add a message to it and there's loads of designs to choose from.
